We enjoyed the sea trial at Len's Cove. The weather wasn't too bad, it was sunny and the lake was calm. We were well received, starting with a personalized parking spot in from of the main building.We were met by Dave, very nice and welcoming individual and we proceeded to the boat trial with Todd. Todd is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and funny person. He explained all the functions of the boat and we went boating on the new boat… what a feeling to be on the water.We went to the office and met Megan who had all the paperwork ready and she went through all of them.Just to let you know that we have no regrets buying the boat at Len's Cove. We went for a long ride on the Ottawa River this past weekend and the boat exceededour expectations.Thank you again and BZ to your fabulous team.

Our new Nauticstar 251 Hybrid has easily exceeded all of our expectations, and the entire buying experience at Len’s Cove Marina has been nothing short of spectacular. From our first contact with the 3rd Generation Owner, Sean Horsfall, to the customer care team, including Megan, Fraser, Dave, Bonnie B, and Barb to Brenda (and anyone we’ve missed), everyone has been helpful and accommodating. We always felt well informed and welcome. All of our questions and inquiries, and we had lots, were answered promptly and politely. Our boat arrived well ahead of schedule, and the Len’s Cove team worked hard to prep the boat and ready it for delivery to our Cottage, which they did on a Saturday. Len's Cove Marina is a time-tested, Family Owned and Operated business that both my wife and I would highly recommend. In today’s virtual world, it’s refreshing and comforting to find that there are still businesses that offer an exceptional level of old-fashioned customer service. Well done, Len’s Cove!

My cottage is a 2.5 hour drive from Lens Cove Marina, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They made the used boat buying experience not only easy, but educational; I especially appreciated the on-line advice videos. There is a happy supportive vibe here. When I had a small issue with my new craft, they were available on line and walked be thru it. I love the availability of a “Boat Coach” post purchase, who got my boat started remotely when I couldn’t. All in all, Lens Cove is the ONLY place for all your boating needs!

When we decided to upgrade our ski boat, we originally called Sean in the fall of 2021 regarding a used boat, but in the end decided to go with a new 2022 Chaparral 23ft and are glad we did. Chaparral pricing is very straightforward, no negotiation required...their accessories and upgrades are not crazy expensive like some of the other brands, so we ended up getting it fully loaded. Between the time we signed the deal, but before production, Chaparral had increased the price of the 2022 boats because of increased pricing in the supply chain that hit worldwide. Obviously this was not good news for us, and we were pretty upset that we had signed a purchase agreement and then the price increased. We spoke with Sean and he was professional, and apologetic and shared all the support from the factory, proving there was no additional profit being made, and also offered us the ability to back out of the deal. We decided it was still a good price and was reflective of what was happening in the market.Sean was able to give us a timeline of build date, and throughout the process, we were sent emails from his team, and online access to track production stage of the boat. When the boat was finished and arrived at the marina, they sent pictures for us to see it, and scheduled the water test and possession date. Everything was managed efficiently and the paperwork took minimal time to complete - and now we are happily on the water with our new boat. Everyone loves it, and we are happy we chose Len's Cove for our purchase.

After a less than pleasant first boat buying experience in Orleans, it was time to trade our bowrider for a pontoon. We searched and called almost all boat dealers in Eastern Ontario and ended up talking to Dave from Len’s Cove, and are we ever glad we did. We have difficult work schedules but Dave accommodated us, figured out exactly what we were looking for, and showed us what they had. There was zero pressure, and all he was interested in was making sure we were comfortable with the purchase and had what we needed for features etc so we enjoy our boat for many years to come. We felt so at ease and went ahead and made the deal. That’s when things got even better! They are so incredibly organized, efficient and easy to deal with. We had the pleasure of speaking with, and meeting many of the folks at Len’s Cove, Dave, Megan, and others, and each one of them was so pleasant and helpful, accommodating and genuinely interested in making sure our experience was perfect. From the lake test, which we never had on our first purchase, dropping our trade, to prep and pick up, everything was seamless, everything that was promised was delivered. If you are in the market for a boat, make sure you visit Len’s Cove and experience what it is like to be treated right!! Great boat buying experience!!We purchased a new Chaparral boat. Dave, our salesman, was excellent. He really knows boats, gave us excellent advice. He was always available to answer our questions. We were able to chat with Daryl the mechanic about our motor options, thank you Daryl.We want to thank the entire team at Len's Cove.

I don't often take the time to write a review. Neither do I take the time to mention a specific person in them. But this person is beyond helpful and knowledgeable and and and!!! Timmy McNamee! I bought an x23 from her 7 years ago. Never lost contact. Year after year, spring and fall after srping and fall, she keeps in touch, follows up on how I love my boat. She does deliver it and pick it up from my water plant more than often!She is not a sales person. She is a friend. That is how you build a long term relationship, friendship and loyal customers. Why would I bring my business anywhere else?I have options closer to home, by a lot. But I keep my business there only because of her. Even though my boat is off warranty now.Keep it up Timmy!!! And lenscove, keep hiring people like that!
