I recently started yoga with Dr Sahdev after a lapse of many years and I am enjoying his instruction and the class time options. Hearing the stories of how yoga has shaped his life as a young boy and MD/surgeon in India is very interesting. The fact that he continues to research how yoga can improve our health is a BIG plus for me. I am also looking forward to trying a wellness package and having a customized wellness and yoga therapy routine for my specific health concerns. Hope to see you there!

I just completed the RYT 200 Course and recommend SAVY to anyone who wants an in-depth comprehensive knowledge base on all there is to know about yoga! Jitender made learning fun and so interesting as well as getting to experience how yoga is done in India where it all originated from. Jitender takes the time to explain to everything and you can tell it is a true passion of his.
