I come into the store at least once a month for personal projects. I had a color match I needed to get done. The manager was very accommodating and the match turned out great. The staff is always very welcoming and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond for me.

Thank you Dulux Paints Burnaby for an amazing and courteous job well done . Super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable staffs. They performed colour matching very fast and efficient. Prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. The management is following the proper protocol about social distancing inside the store . I would highly recommend to others.

Just bought some paint the other day from here. Scott and Femi were both amazing. Knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect paint. Walked me through what to do to paint my house myself. Amazing customer service

Brian provided excellent customer service on my numerous visits to the store. He advised the type of paint required for different surfaces and helped us pick the beautiful colour for our walls.

A couple weeks ago, I visited the shop to buy some paint to repaint a room and living room. The person in the shop, I think his name is Brian, was friendly and patient and explained options to me. I just went back today to buy more paint for another item and inquired about something else. Brian continued to be patient and explained options that fulfill my needs. The paint was great, Brian was nice, great place for beginners like me.

Been in the store a few times over the past couple of months and always had excellent service. Dealt with Brian on multiple occasions and he's always friendly and very helpful. Brought in some colour samples and he was able to colour match for me no problem.Definitely go check them out if you're in need of some paint.

Had to get a color match done ,no problem, done right away and was able to get a small amount , didn't have to buy a gallon. Fast friendly courteous service. Nice to go to a local well stocked dedicated paint store instead of a big box store .
