Silverado Medical & Aesthetic Clinic

I've been a patient in this clinic for more than 5 years. My family doctor is Dr. Melnik and she is always amazing. Very very professional approach.Last time me and my 4 year daughter came to the clinic as walk in and were seen by Dr. Chris ( he told us that he is new in the clinic), he was so attentive to details, made a very professional clinical exam, gave us as much time as we needed. I'm very impressed by the clinic, I love my family doctor, and I was amazed to know that the other stuff is also really really good.

I was in today and saw Dr. Tomi Solola for a walk in , he was one of the most unprofessional doctors I’ve ever delt with in my life , he made wild accusations about my medications soon as he walked in the door and then belittled me because ( what I was advised by my previous physician wasn’t correct dosage) and I didn’t know the proper dosage rate for a medication I only had taken one time before in the past (valtrex)He made me feel horrible after my visit I went to my car and had to hold back tears,He did apologize to me 3 times for his behaviour as I was leavening the room but at that point all I wanted to do was get away from the guy.I would NOT recommend seeing this doctor . He’s very unprofessional!

Dr. Deon Vorster has been our family doctor for almost 10 years now. He has been so caring and so understanding all these years. My wife and I are more than thankful for having him as our family doctor.The way he had helped us with treating our 3 little children over the years has been AMAZING. Would recommend to anyone anytime.

Dr Pepple is wonderful. She helps make decisions with my best interest in mind and truly cares about me. There is no pressure, only great products and services that have helped me look and feel younger. I have been getting services from Silverado for years now. The staff are great. I highly recommend it.

This is not the good place to see skin specialist. I dont think doctor knows what she is doing.I had a patch in my beard and I have asked her to treat it with injections as this has happened to me in the past and I knew the cure but instead she put me on creams and said no injections required. My brother has same issue and she said the same thing to him. Patch has been growing day by day and it has only grown bigger. If she had chosen the correct way to cure this , I would have no patch by now. I am going to see Papillion Medical. They treat you right away.

Terrible. Extremely unorganized. Reception has no idea what their doing and everyone has different advice. If they cared half as much about their patients as they did about conversation with each other maybe they'd know how to do their jobs give correct information when asked. Avoid going. Better off going to Sundance even if you're going to wait longer. One star is being generous.

My doctor Vanessa Ogbonnaya has been my doctor for a long time and she is awesome. A 10/10 doctor for sure she is caring, listens, and is very thorough. She gets a 5 stars but it’s the clinics receptionists, assistants, and wait times that I don’t like. There’s a few receptionists that are actually nice and good with customer service but I’ve also had some come off as snarky, impatient, and just not fit for customer service, I usually end up waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time aswell. If it wasn’t for Vanessa I would definitely go to another clinic.

Dr. Pepple has been my GP since 2011. She listens to all of my concerns and is very thorough. I have extended family members who are also patients of Dr.Pepple, and we all are so grateful to have her as our Doctor.

I cannot say enough good things about my family doctor, Dr. Vorster, and the Silverado Medical Clinic. Over the years, I have had many health problems, and Dr. Vorster has been an absolute Godsend. He is knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns.But it's not just Dr. Vorster who makes the Silverado Medical Clinic such a great place to receive care. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their patients. The nurses, in particular, are some of the most caring and kind-hearted people I have ever met. They always make me feel comfortable and at ease, no matter what the situation.I feel so blessed to be a patient of the Silverado Medical Clinic and Dr. Vorster. All members of my family have been patients of this clinic for 8 years. Our family doctor - Dr. Melnik is very attentive, i’ve never had any complaints about her. Today we got an appointment with Dr. Mosuro A, just wasted my time. Unprofessional, inattentive, does not listen to the patient. The child does not sleep the second night due to severe pain in the ear, red inflamed eyes with discharge.
