Dr Chow has been our family dentist since the early 90's, I have only good things to say about he & his staff's professionalism over the years. I strongly recommend this dental clinic.

Dr Chow and his staff are so great that I don't want to leave a review for them because I am scared I won't be able to get appointments if they get too busy!Seriously though this is a fantastic practice and I am grateful they took us on when our dentist retired. We highly recommend them.

Always a pleasant experience coming here, Dr. Chow does great work and is very personable, and everyone else is also very competent, friendly and welcoming as well.

I agreed with the comments on the downhill service of this Dr Chow. He is becoming very unprofessional and irresponsible. I was with him for almost 10 years. My latest experience made me leave him forever. I was having a simple filling done by him on April 7, 2022. He was using me as a guinea pig on new ways he just learnt, The ring ended up stuck and couldn't be removed. He violently using tool to tap it and hit the teeth below twice. The sound made me felt he broke the teeth. When the ring was finally removed, he was in a rush to finish the job and left right away. I was not having a chance to find out what happened until I asked the nurse. You can imagine the damage he did to my gum. I suffered for over 6 weeks not able to chew even soft food on that side. I left him immediately for another dentist. I couldn't trust him any more. as he was in denial of a previous malpractice of his hygienist last year. He doesn't care about wellbeing of customer.

Dr Rod Chow and his amazing team was very attentive and caring to my needs, I could not asked more how grateful I was to have an excellent Dentist

If you always wanted to be treat it like a numberThis is a clinic for you!Terrible customer service, dental hygienists and to top all that Dr. Chow very mediocre Arrogant doctor, as a tooth filling should be easy procedure he manage to break my teeth (dec19) not admit wrong (dec 20 -when I return to him saying something feel wrong) allowing me to suffer throughout the holidays and I had to fight for reimbursement of my money.

Followed Rod and his team (Nancy!!!) for decades. Whenever I am living in Vancouver I make the trip to their office for my dental health. It's always a pleasure.

I've been a long-term client of Dr. Chow, the owner of Victoria Park Dental. He has always given me excellent care. He warns me of possible future problems with my teeth and he provides options when appropriate. All of the staff at Victoria Park treat my family and me with the best of care.A couple of months ago, an old crown was close to failing. Dr. Chow replaced it with a new one that he made inside his offices. In one appointment, I had the old crown removed, the tooth prepped and the new crown in place. I had no pain during or after the procedure. There was no sensitivity where the needle was inserted, or in using that tooth or side of my month the next day. I was totally impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Chow and staff for your dental needs.

I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found Dr Chow and Victoria Park Dental many years ago. Nothing but exceptional experiences, every single time we are there, for both myself AND my children! My kids actually get excited to see Dr Chow!! Actually! They've been going there since they were little, and are now 9, 11 and 13. My eldest just had 6 teeth extracted, and I cannot tell you the relief I felt, as a mother, knowing that he was in such good hands. The procedure was amazing, my son had very little bleeding, and felt almost no pain post extraction. I was so grateful to Rod and his amazing team!! I have recommended Victoria Park Dental to all of my friends, for years, and will continue to do so!
