I called at the last minute and told them about my situation where I had left my keys in the car. Somehow my car got locked. They were quick to tell me that they would be in their way. They had my car open in under a minute I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Needed to re program three Schlage locks on our new house. Phoned Pro Brand, Eli was here within 30 minutes and got it done in no time, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I won’t have any hesitation calling them again for whatever security needs I’ll have in future. I am beyond pleased with Luke and his staff after fixing a lock and key problem I had for my classic truck's rear electric tailgate window. They exceeded the approximate time it would take to complete it but never charged me anything above the quoted price. Brought in a Thule Roof which I had misplaced the key for at 4pm and they were able to open it and cut a new for me and I was home by 5pm. Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff (excellent problem solving), and very affordable costs. Also wonderful that we were able to pull up behind the store to their back door and allowed for very easy access to the roof (which was quite large). Overall cannot recommend enough!

Excellent experience with this business, would highly recommend. Dakota, one of the employees, waited for me after their closing hours to help me with my lock issue, he came to my condominium, took some measurements, and within 15 minutes I went to the store and picked up my new keys.

Got them to cut a key for my motorcycle. I ordered the blank online but it turns out they had the blank in the store as well. Good value, great service!Went back a year later to get another key cut only this time for a 40 year old bike, took them a bit longer to find a blank but they never gave up. Not sure anyone else would put so much effort in. Still a 5 star!

Dropped in to get a set of keys copied for patio doors which have a different fitting. The service was excellent and this place has a lot of safes and locks for all your needs. Had them cut in a few mins. It was easy with tap and go services. Support local always and you can find all kinds of items for your security needs.
