The Uprising Bake Shop + Espresso Bar
What a shame it seems like a nice place but doesn't really like to pay employees or follow labour laws. Also to anyone getting their sandwich from there the station isn't wiped down with a sanitized cloth and no gloves are used. Also to say they wash their dishes would be incorrect it's more like the rinse in lukewarm water.

Great little bake and coffee shop. Awesome staff and fresh baked goods. Had the cinnamon bun, ham and cheese croissant and chocolate croissants. All were delicious.

Had an excellent Americano here. Friendly service and a nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee (and/or pastry) or take away. Stopped here several times during my visit.

Coffee and pastries were good.Only reason for 3 stars was customer service/ diet accommodation.We only eat halal so I asked if they could clean the griddle (person before me got bacon) before warming up my bagel and for some reason that was too difficult to do so I ended up ordering a room temperaturecroissant.

Love the clean and quint vibe of the newer desaturated colors and black trim look of this strip. Uprising bakeshop and espresso was a great pick me up in the morning where they also have plenty of delectable pastries from Savory to sweet! Had an iced americano and it was super delicious. Also got to sit in the little umbrella’d area just outside the shop to enjoy my coffee drink! Would come again!!!

I’m currently a resident in Banff and had lived in Australia before. So I know that what is good quality of flat white.This flat white is No.1 Flat white in Banff.Just uncomfortable thing is the prices of menu not showing.

The Uprising Bake Shop + Espresso Bar
This is a super cute and convenient bake and coffee shop. The staff are friendly and welcoming as well.The drip coffee and latte was pretty decent. Their bacon, lettuce, and tomato (BLT) was really good. The bread was baked and toasted perfectly.Next time, we’ll definitely try their other baked goods!
