Juno Veterinary Summerhill

Juno is the the first vet where i didn’t feel like a anxious mess going to.Ive been there twice so far, and i will say its the most friendly and welcoming environment Ive been to. Theres no rush, they don't put pressure on your dog or you to get a procedure done quick. I feel chill here, and the prices are very reasonable and they make sure you know the prices before doing anything..is really reassuring. I love this place and hope for more locations so more can experience this. I want the best for my dog, and this place is it.

I love it here, me and my pet “Pomky” had so a good experience every time when we visit.Juno teams are always nice to us and pomky. I can see how they love and care for animals. good price and clean room and everything. I can say it’s the best vet clinic in Toronto.

I brought my little Meatball in for his first checkup and some x-rays today and had the most wonderful experience with everyone who works here! I truly appreciated how kind and caring everyone was. Dr. Garrett was very thorough and thoughtful in his examination and offered multiple care options at various price points. I also love that the treatment summary is uploaded to the app after the appointment so I can read over all the notes taken.The clinic itself is beautiful and not at all like any other vet clinic I've been to. I'm so glad I decided on Juno :)April 2023 updateStill loving Juno and now have a second cat who is a patient! Drs Garrett, Ferlisi, and Kimball have all been fantastic. The vet techs and care attendants are all so caring and amazing at what they do :)

I took my boxer Chili to Juno's beautiful brand-new vet clinic last week, and we both had a great experience! The Juno team took the time to understand Chili and her concerns thoroughly. The team was great, and the pricing model was very transparent. It was indeed a fresh and innovative take on what was previously a dull and burdensome experience! Thank you, Juno Team!

We had an amazing experience at Juno vet today! It was our first visit and I absolutely loved it. I was really amazed by the beautiful spacious space and how everything is set upAll the staff were very kind and helpful. They took the time to get to know our cats and make them comfortable. Everything thing is also easily accessible through their app, where you can also chat with them 24/7 about any concerns for your pet. They also gave us some lovely freebies and some treats for my cats when I asked.Lily and mizo enjoyed themselves today!! Thank you very much

We had an amazing experience at Juno today! The website and app were fast and easy to use. All the staff at Juno was warm and welcoming and the vets were diligent and caring! This is the first vet clinic where our cat felt comfortable enough to roam around out of his carrier! Can't wait to bring our younger cat to this beautiful facility.

I recently took my cat Ozzy to Juno and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. As a cat owner, I know how stressful it can be to take your pet to the vet, but Dr. Kimball and the rest of the team at Juno made the whole process a lot less scary for Ozzy.Dr. Kimball was gentle with Ozzy and really took the time to make sure that Ozzy was comfortable and calm throughout his visit.The other staff members were also really nice and welcoming, and the clinic itself was modern, clean, and well-lit. I also appreciated the fact that they offer a free drink to customers - it's a small thing, but it really adds to the overall experience.Finally, I have to mention the pricing - it was upfront and fair. It's always a relief to know exactly what you're paying for upfront, and I felt like Juno was very transparent about their pricing.Overall, I would highly recommend Juno to anyone looking for a great vet experience. Thank you to Dr. Kimball, Lei (the Veterinary Technician -- apologies if I didn't catch your name correctly!) and the rest of the staff for taking such good care of my cat!

Juno was unlike any vet experience I’ve ever had - in all the best ways! I was blown away by the beautiful and comforting space, friendly team and overall seamless experience.Special thanks to Dr. Kimball, who was super friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with patience, understanding and great advice. I spent nearly an hour with Dr. Kimball and her team doing the full checkup exam - I felt at ease throughout my entire appointment. She presented several treatment options and prices in the room and I didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision. The Juno app is also really cool. It has all my dog's records and info in one place, including all the notes from my visit. I totally recommend Juno to anyone looking for a modern vet experience!

Love the team at Juno! Everyone is so friendly, great communicators, and patient. On the app, the vet techs have been quick to respond and always showing compassion. My recent rescue unfortunately developed a stump pyometra infection that had some abnormal complications and required specialized surgery. Dr. Kimball was able to squeeze us a consult appointment in with Dr. Ringwood at VEC down the street and my cat was ready to undergo surgery within a day of the appointment. It has been a wild ride ever since I adopted my first cat, but the folks at Juno were really compassionate with how they handled the situation and transparent with the pricing and procedures that need to be done. I’m very grateful for their help. Thank you!P.S. The interior design and decor is absolutely beautiful and it’s definitely a space where you can walk into and feel relaxed.
