the doctor or whatever he is called inside suspected that im faking my way through the test to gain benefits, what an unprofessional piece of prick. Why would a human ever fake a hearing loss problem is beyond me -.- dont go there unless you want to feel let down

The customer service was excellent. The hearing test and explanation of procedures was very understandable. The differences between types of hearing aids and additional equipment if needed, was easy to understand. Due to covid 19, the staff was very alert to protocol and the operations there were immaculate! Great job Jennifer and Wendy, as well as all other subsequent staff. Would highly recommend for the latest in hearing aid technology. Very reasonable price plans are available interest free!

I received a very quick response after completing their online form for a free consultation. Each staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful and, as an aside, my results were better than I'd anticipated! I would definitely recommend Connect Hearing to anyone who needs to have their hearing checked out.

My experience with them is through work. Wendy is the best. She always gets my clients in very fast. Super sweet lady. All other staff ate so nice and caring.
