The people here were very friendly and helpful. We brought in our Miele vacuum for minor repairs, and they fixed it on the spot. They saved us an extra trip, and saved us days without a vacuum to use!

The owner is knowledgeable and willing to share his expertise. You can come to him with a problem and he will find you a solution. Remembered the exact filters needed for Electrolux vacuum I purchased from him many years later, that's service. Highly recommend!

Purchased Electrolux Ambassador Canister Vacuum 20 + years ago and still running strong. I am amazed at how durable and reliable this vacuum has been. We have used many competitor models like Kenmore and Dyson, yet they don’t last or compare to our Electrolux. Never needed parts until I accidentally dropped vacuum. Visited AERUS store today for a replacement power switch component thinking parts would be discontinued. Amazed that parts are still available and the one I needed was stocked.Companies providing product support for a 20+ year period is rare and would suggest a proven design that has been well engineered.

We just had a water softener & filtration system installed today, and air purifiers installed last week. While I can't speak to the longevity of the equipment, the air filtration starting taking the musty smell out of our old farmhouse after less than an hour, and we are already seeing places where we had black mold, improving daily. What has most impressed my family and I was the dedication and professionalism of Colton Donald. He went so far above and beyond our expectations, that we can't help but recommend him and his products. Thank you Colton, it has been a true pleasure dealing with you.
