This was not only emotionally devastating, but also a scary and complicated situation to cope with as a first-time homeowner.Through every step of the process, everyone I have spoken with at ServiceMaster has been highly professional, helpful, responsive, communicative, and thorough. This alone merits 5 stars and is rare for a business these days.I wish I could give double the stars for how much KINDNESS I have received from every individual from this company who has helped me along the way—from the sympathetic and reassuring guys who came to pump the water from my home, to both of the business co-owners who have patiently answered all of my panicking questions, to their daughter who has patiently and thoughtfully spent much time with me on the phone fielding my additional concerns. This is a family-owned and -employed business, and their dedication and integrity really is felt. It is the kind of place I would want to work for if I had the skill set to do any job for them.
