The lead hand is a saucy crooked ignorant old man. A nightmare to deal with. Rude is an understatement. I watched him refuse to even help the driver delivering his frieght, when they were clearly in need of a hand and he literally jumped in the skid steer and drove right past them. He is to lazy being miserable,mean and rude to everyone around him to be helpful and do his job properly. Very unpleasent experience
