COVID-19 Assessment Centre

On October 4 whoever worked in the morning (I don't want to blame everyone) decided to not pick up the phone and instead to pick up and hang up. If you're busy, just ask a person to hold. I called dozens of times and they just hung up instead of asking me to hold or call later. Very unprofessional

This was the second time I visited this centre. Service was excellent and strictly adhere to COVID guidelines. Team in this place is so helpful and friendly. It’s bit difficult to get an appointment, because appointments can only take by phoning them directly. Phone lines are generally busy. Have enough parking.

My 12 yr old recently tested positive on a rapid test and I have been trying to find a location to do a proper lab test. I've called the number 3 times between 2pm and 3pm and have gotten a voice-mail stating that they are closed. Even though the website and Google links state that they are open until 4:15pm on weekends.If the hours have changed, please update the sites. It's very stressful trying to find testing for your child and not sure which places are even open.Edit: I ended up driving down to see if I could book an appt in person (as recommended by someone I spoke to when I called the hospital) and there is a sign outside saying they are only open until 12:45pmThe least they could do is update the public health website, or let the hospital know

I have been tested here once before and all the people were very nice but I need to be tested again. Yesterday I called 11 times and no one picked up so far today I've tried calling twice and still no one has picked up the phone. If if there are not enough employees to pick up the phone then you need to have an online booking system. I can't isolate for days and just have the excuse I can't get a hold of the covid testing facility. That sounds like I'm just making excuses thanks so much for being available.

I had a long wait time on phone to make the appointment, but it was really quick once we got in there. The doctor we had also had a great bedside manner.

Having a very difficult time booking a appointment. It either will ring once and the call drops or it rings and you will get automated voice saying they are closed (which I've called atleast 20 times in the past 3 days) completely unacceptable especially when your sick with symptoms this is very hard to deal with.

I’ve been countless times, the staff are all amazing!!! I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this facility. Thoughtful and kind and the doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond for me. The center moves quickly and your in and out.Thank you all for your continued service on the frontlines.

Been here 5 times and the actual experience varies depending on who is doing test. Sometimes the little toilet brush is left in the nose for many seconds before the 10 second countdown begins followed by the final twist before withdrawal. Other assessment centres like Harrison are much less invasive and the duration is less and more painless

Super easy to book an appointment. Helpful and friendly staff. Safety is high as a consideration and they are well organized. Unfortunately, the doctor who was doing the test didn't have patience with my tennage son's question - which was fair question before someone is going to insert a few inches of stick in your nose. Certainly that was not pleasant interaction, no argument. My wife's interaction with another doctor was pleasant and useful as he explained the process before the sample and afterwards about the results.
