I'm just finishing my Invisalign treatment with WestcoastSmile and I've had such a great experience. The team is kind, professional, knowledgable and punctual. They've also taken special care to listen to and address any concerns I've had along the way.I have no hesitations in recommending WestcoastSmile to anyone looking to get Invisalign. And, I'm delighted to say, my teeth look great!

Dr. Norden and his staff are excellent. I highly recommend getting your dental work done at this clinic.

West Coast Smile did not check my benefits plan before providing unnecessary services that were not covered. I ended my new intake patient because of feeling uncomfortable by abrasive dentist. When I asked to end early, the Dentist began to argue with me. I asked to speak to the Dental Assistant privately in order to end the session and safely leave. I paid my bill, including for new patient intake that was overpriced and incomplete. The Dentist proceeded to charge me for additional services without my knowledge, consent, and without a receipt. Do not recommend, especially for young women.

Awesome professional and friendly staff- great peaceful energy there too. I highly recommend.

100/5 Stars - Best Experiences I've Ever Had in a Dental OfficeI went here based on other reviews saying the hygienist was incredibly gentle, and Kim was so gentle! I barely felt it when she checked my gums depths! And she was so kind and positive. Can you believe I left the dental office happier than I arrived? Thank you, Kim!I've gotten to know other staff too and they are all exceptional! I kid you not, whoever is the hiring manager went talent scouting!The dentist, Dr Cheng, is helping me with the root case of my jaw pain. I didn't know it was even possible to be pain free without surgery! He has youtube videos explaining the science, and he also spent a lot of time in the office answering all my questions.The receptionist goes above and beyond to fit me into the schedule. She contacts me when they have a cancellation or to accommodate rescheduling. I really like their texting system!I recently went in for an invisalign consult and the specialist really listened to what I wanted from the visit.I am so delighted to be a patient with this dental office.

Very pleasant place to help you with your teeth troubles! The staff was super friendly and the dentist was very kind and informative, making sure I understood what was happening in my mouth and what the next possible steps could be to helping me and my situation (I am having problems with my bite when and after I eat tough or chewy foods). I highly recommend this place! (:

What a wonderful experience at West Coast Smile! I had a cleaning & whitening. The whitening was painless & super effective. The ladies who worked on me were so friendly, gentle & knowledgable. Definitely recommend to everyone :)

Dr. Cheng was very professional and helpful. Kim was very friendly and almost painless compare to other hygienist I've been too. Will be going back. Thanks guys
