I love how extremely friendly, approachable and easygoing the staff are. Not only are they knowledgeable about their products but they also always go above and beyond for their customers by being extremely helpful whenever we need anything. I love how they’re accessible any day any time at all times. I can contact them on the phone or online through Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp, and Instagram. They always give us free water which is extremely nice especially when you’re thirsty in the car and I love their free delivery service! I highly recommend their products and their services! I’m so grateful that they are in my neighbourhood because the service they provide is high quality and top-notch and quite frankly, irreplaceable and highly valuable in the community! Thank you BudgetHouse for everything you do for the community and for all of the charitable works also that you do in order to support the community at large! They are such a great team with a beautiful soul and a pure heart! May your business continue to prosper because you’re such great people with great work ethics!

We are very privileged by knowing Benjie and Heidi. They are the most generous, helpful, hardworking, kindest, and warm-hearted couple here in Alberta. BudgetHouse is our place to go to even we already live far because they treat their customers like family. I hope that you will not change, because people need people like you specially when we feel home sick. I wish you all the best and more rewards. We visited the store to buy something, but very frustated after receiving a comment regarding my acne scars from Benjie commenting why my face is like that like burnt scars. I was shocked with this inappropriate comment and let him finish what he’s saying just to be respectful to him. I walked out the store back to my car with a teary eye and hurtful which has ruined the rest of my day. Why would he approach me with a pimple relief product which I don’t ask and make a comment like that. This guy is very mean and should know how to approach customers wisely without making any harshful comments by any means. Excuse for a 1 star because I wouldn’t be able to make a review without ticking any. I would definitely NOT recommend this store.
