I am very happy with my car purchase from Crown Nissan last week. I bought a Nissan rogue 2023 SL and it is a great vehicle for my family. It has a spacious interior, a smooth ride, and a lot of safety features. The salesperson, Qiansu Chen, was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me a good deal. He also followed up with me after the sale to make sure everything was fine. I would recommend Crown Nissan and Qiansu Chen to anyone looking for a new car.

Bought a brand new car here a year ago, since then in 3 different times my engine oil leaks and every time I go in they have to order a new part for my car as if they sold this car half built. The reason I bought a new car instead of a used one is for these stuff to not happen. At 9000km these definitely shouldn’t happen. And now I’m at the service center again that is supposed to be open according to google, but I’m out here waiting in the parking lot.

Well it has been a few months since I picked up my 2023 Nissan Rogue from Crown Nissan but I must say my experience was fantastic! I was fortunate enough to be referred by Steve in parts to John Aliwalas while my Altima was getting work done. John was very patient and took time to make sure he understood what I was looking for in SUV options. I like to take my time with purchases and look at the options carefully to ensure things work for me. John was able to find a few things for me and we had a lot of laughs along the way! Well I did, LOL! The vehicle was delivered on the schedule he outlined and he was great going through all the features on delivery day. He also gladly pulled the car into the big show room for me and helped me out with navigating the loss of my CD player. Also a big shout out to Angelica in finance for answering all my questions too. I will occasionally text John about features and he still helps me out. He’s a great guy to talk to when you’re looking for a vehicle and I am sure if you mention my awesome review he’ll love that!
