I visited the daycare and I told them I would revert back to them the next week, which I did. However, the administrators refused to take my call and simply messaged me that there is no spot and my daughter is on the waiting list. I called several times and sent several messages to understand how the waiting list works and if my daughter has a chance to get in. 2 weeks later, the administrators tell me that there is no chance for my daughter and removed her from the waiting list by indicating that we did not accept the spot/return the calls/did not meet criterion, etc. This is very inaccurate. The administrators never took the time to accept my calls and explain how the waiting list works. The daycare and its educational curriculum were good; however, their communication with parents (looking into the daycare) is terrible.

They had no idea about safe sleep practices for babies which is ridiculous for a daycare. They didn’t even answer the question I had about safe sleep and ignored my questionThe twin sisters who run the place were very disrespectful to me because I don’t speak French , even though they know English and refused to converse with me in English and wasted my precious time , after speaking to me in English on the phone. I’m pretty sure they will manipulate my daughter and encourage her to dislike English though they claim to be bilingualMessage to them :“ There’s no way I am sending my daughter to your daycare when you blatantly refused to have a single conversation with me in your office , while ignoring me requesting you to speak to me in English , after you spoke to me in English over the phone .You used my friend ,who accompanied me, as a translator and kept telling me you speak both English and French but then refused to carry on the conversation and questions I had about the daycare and instead asked my friend about MY daughter in French when I was sitting right there!! The audacity you have to discriminate against me based on language when you expect me to pay you as a private daycare!! On top of that you ask me to learn French when you have no right to do so , it being totally my choice and irrelevant in the situation of me trying to get information about the daycare “

Very happy with my experience with Les Amours de Mia et Tia. I love the daily agenda and pictures, they have lots of fun monthly activities for the kids and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend to any parent that's nervous about choosing a daycare. You will NOT be disappointed!

Started with my daughter in 2019, they made us feel like a family so se didn’t think twice when it came to my son in 2021.They are bilingual which is great. They are caring and loving with all the kids. The food is healthy and have so many fun activities to keep the little ones happy! I absolutely recommend this daycare!!

Great Daycare! Family owned by two sisters.Home cooked meals.Staff is wonderful.My two girls went to Mia and Tia and I would highly recommend them!!!

This daycare is an amazing place! Very clean with a great staff. It is so wonderful to see my son get excited about going to daycare! The educators really make an effort to engage the kids, and the directors treat the children and their parents like family. They are committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment, and we couldn't be more thankful.

It wasn't easy leaving our daughter in the hands of strangers, but the whole staff is so caring and loving that they made us feel like we were leaving our kid with family. The owners are always available and they will do their best to accomodate every request. I truly believe that this place is special and my daughter loves coming every morning. Thank you for being the best and setting such a high bar for all other day cares. We will forever be thankful for everything..!

Great daycare with lots of interactive activities for kids even the babies group! The owners are very responsive and the teachers are very caring and kind. My toddler is very happy there, he runs to his class and friends every day !
