Schlueter Hyundai

Update: Recently had some issues due to broken wiper cowl confirmed by the Nissan dealership. This dealership is the best however, it’s completely normal to miss cosmic items even for the dealership. So, my only recommendation to buyers is, do the proper inspection of the vehicle before purchasing. (I’m saying this based on their response when I raised this issue: “The moulding under the wiper blade is not something we would repair on a used vehicle in order to prepare it for sale. It's not part of the safety and is only cosmetic in nature. Truth is ... I don't think anyone around here noticed it, either. I'm afraid I don't have a solution for you on that one.”)After purchase issue 2: Backseat passenger side one head restraint was missing which is considered as a safety feature in automotive industry. I doubt how they passed the safety. (I sent them all the pictures I took at the showroom on the day we got the delivery and they ordered a new one for me without a single question)After purchase Issue 3: Front side passenger mat was missing (They gave me spare Hyundai mat as they couldn’t get the original one from the owner)My only criticism is that it wasn't disclosed until we found our-self on the very next day after the delivery that the wiper cowls is broken. It definitely makes my Rogue look ugly! I spoke to the manager about this matter and he said they can’t fix it now since it’s a “cosmetic” thing.But we are glad that we got the best deal and Kevin helped us throughout the process and made sure we get what we wanted. I definitely want to go back to this dealership for my future purchases.(End)My wife and I were recently looking for a used Nissan Rogue, and decided to look at Schlueter Hyundai. My wife and I appreciated the fact that we were able to test drive the vehicle by ourselves, which gave us an opportunity to openly discuss our opinions without the pressure of having a salesperson riding with us.

Excellent service - managed to fit me in for an unplanned headlight replacement when others were saying the next appointment was two weeks away. Very friendly, efficient techs in the service bay and their waiting room is comfortable with very large TV, coffee, etc. as a perk. I would recommend everyone to use this professional service facility. I definitely will be back!

I had to get engine replaced and they kindly provided me with a vehicle while the work was getting done. Very friendly and supportive staff. Had another incident not too long after with my vehicle and just took it right there. They had it ready for me the same day! It wasn't a huge issue so I understand why. Either way, Schlueter Hyundai have been nothing but helpful/considerate and their staff does a wonderful job doing it. Thank you Schlueter Hyundai for all that you have done for me and my vehicle!

After having some poor experiences at other dealerships we were very pleased after bringing our car to Schlueter as they took great care of us. The staff are friendly, honest and efficient.In the past I've felt intimidated going into dealerships since I don't have that much car knowledge but never felt that way here.Thanks for your good work and great customer service.

Great Service , Fast and Cost Effective. Really Impressed with the Quality of Work Done by them. This was My 1st Visit to Them , But Onwards Will Always Visit them only. Very Neat and Clean Service Area With Friendly Approach.

Posted a review earlier about some issues we have had and Jake reached out very quickly and is working to resolve all of our complaints. I am impressed with their level of customer service and how quickly they responded. I understand issues arise and their ownership of it was very impressive. Jake was very kind and you can tell how passionate they are about customer satisfaction. Thank you and I would recommend as it is so nice to have companies still care about their customers once they make a purchase.

I've not bought a car from these folks, but I'd beware of getting in a car with the drivers of their courtesy cars. One ran a stop sign and nearly t-boned my car on a residential road with myself and my young son inside. I had to swerve to avoid this car - they didn't even slow down. It was as if they didn't see us. We were lucky but this near miss could have been very bad.I have no opinion on their sales but I would be very reluctant to ever get in a car with their drivers.

Kevin, Jeff and the whole staff at Schlueter were great to deal with through the purchase of my new vehicle. I never felt pressured or rushed through the process and they kept me informed and updated as information was shared. Kevin took the time to walk me through my new vehicle and show me common features, ensuring I was set to take it home. Would highly recommend to anybody shopping for new wheels!
