Good price for brand name product

This store's customer service is supper bad, the sale woman there is supper rude!! I will not come in again in my life!! I bought a pair of kid shoe there, after 1 weeks wearing, one component popping up at shoe opening edge and bothering my kid's feet, I brought it back to store to see if they could do something about it, the woman was very rude, she said it was my kid's problem to make shoe like that, in the end, she gave me a number of wholesale and let me contact them by myself. I did it, the wholesale person was very nice and willing to take care of it, he wrote me e-mail that their company would credit back this shoe to that store, and asked me to go back to choose another one. when I went back to store, the woman was not willing to do so, because I didn't keep the receipt?! She was rude and refused to give me any help. she even didn't allow me to talk to the store manager, or the boss. I couldn't understand in Canada, everyone knows a thing called store credit" for the customer who didn't keep the receipt

I enjoy coming here to get running shoes and swim goggles. The price is good.
