This place has fantastic bubble tea. However their food is incredibly hit or miss, I dunno what they're doing but the last time I went in they didn't have the first three menu items (that were still displayed on their menu with prices) that I asked about, and the time before they also weren't serving half their food items.Either don't carry food items or remember to remove them from the menu. It's annoying to decide on something only to be told that thing isn't available.

Great place to get bubble tea and pick up some Asian staples next door. London fog tea was a but too sweet for my taste so ask for it half sweet if you don't like really sweet tea. They also serve quick take out poke meals

Second visit to Rich Tea and ordered bubble waffles this time. We tried the regular and one with Nutella and they were delicious. We moved to Vernon from Ontario and I was excited to see that we could get bubble waffles here and of the same quality as the Chinese cafés in Toronto and Ottawa! The bubble tea is excellent too. Plan on returning to try the Korean fried chicken.

They are doing renovations outside by putting in some benches.This is the only proper bubble tea shop in Vernon.The bubble tea posters on the wall are very punny.My caramel milk tea with pearls came to $7.30 after tax.I also bought a can of Simpsons Duff soda. My expectations for a Simpsons Duff soda were very low, and indeed those expectations were met. It tasted awful. It was $5.60 after tax.I like shops that sell unusual sodas not found in Canada. I wish they'd import Pepsi Mango and Pepsi Vanilla from Europe and Asia!They also have an Adian food menu here. I will have to try it sometime.Oh, and they've got free wifi!5/5Staff was friendly. I highly recommend.

Love this little place! The corner of the room is decorated so nicely, and the lighting is perfect for photos! The teas are fantastic, and the poke bowls are a nice added option! 10/10 will return.

The perfect place for a refreshing drink! I got the brown sugar matcha with pearls. The flavours were awesome, the owner was so polite and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my experience. They just extended their hours for the summer which it awesome! Kudos to them for taking the initiative to enable some of the younger people to enjoy a later night treat :)
