Ray replaced my shingles and eavestrough just recently. I was very pleased with the entire process. He was very professional and was always available to answer any question and outline any options available. While I don't anticipate any problems with the work he did, I got the sense that if I had any issues, he would rectify them very quickly. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Ray answered me promptly and gave a quote that was in line with final price. The quality of the repair was top notch. I had a turbine replaced looks like it was always part of the roof. Highly recommend ray and his team at r2!

Ray and his team were AMAZING! The crazy storm on Saturday tore off a whole bunch of my roof shingles. Called R2 Roofing and Ray agreed to come check it out the next morning. He and his team were prompt and very professional. He gave me a very fair estimate and we got it all fixed in no time! Not only was the customer service awesome, and as the roof was being repaired Ray was kind enough to give me advice on how to do some other home fixer-uppers. So nice of him! They were great tips! Thanks Ray and team for all your help! Highly recommend them!

I asked for the quote for repair of our roof which was basically change of flashing. I personally did not like his approach as he was asking to give the job to him as he showed up and visited the site. He never mentioned anything on the phone call. Also I didn’t like his attitude as he was insisting to sign the contract right there. I cannot comment on the quality of his service as I did not give him the job, but in my opinion approaching the customer in a professional manner to quote is the first step.

Ray's team did a very good job, initially replacing a part of my roof and then in 2 years replacing the rest.Ray is a very professional and attentive guy. All work was performed flawlessly to my full satisfaction.Heartily recommended!Added a picture just to show what guys working on the roof do in the event of a sudden shower. They covered the exposed plywood with a tarp and have hidden themselves under the tarp as well.

R2 came to fix my flat roof, gutter and siding about 2 weeks ago. So far, it has stood against rain fall and snow well. The fix with an updated look exceeded my expectations. I'm very impressed by Ray's customer centric solutions, where he would go through details on how he would make the fix and what colors to pick. He communicates frequently and responds quickly. Three guys came on time and did the work in a day in an efficient manner. They cleaned up the site after they finish. I recommend R2.

Ray and his team are awesome. They worked really fast and the roof looks amazing. I found them to be very professional and they cleaned up everything after - it was spotless. Very honest about costs and labour etc., I would recommend them 100% We had 2 layers of shingles and these guys were done by 5pm the same day. I can't say enough about Ray and his team. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them :)

My dad has used Ray and his team for two different houses so when I had to replace my roof I knew who to turn to. Ray is very professional, and him and his team were able to come within a few days of being contacted. They got the job done quickly and did an amazing job of cleaning up any debris left from the old shingles. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to get new roof installed.
