Had a good experience last week mattress shopping. Jay M. may be new however he was very customer oriented, knowledgeable, and wasn’t afraid to ask for input from senior associates. Jay was very professional throughout the transaction. Jay was even willing to come in on his day off just to help me pick out a couch. Thanks J!

Just purchased a new couch, and mattress from this location. Jay Mohns is the gentlemen who helped us decide which bed to get. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and patient when my partner and I were taking the time to decide which bed to get. I recommend jay if you are looking to get some furniture!

We stopped by The Brick in Pembroke to check out the Tent Sale we had driven by on the highway. We started chatting with Crystal who was super friendly and really easy to talk to. Some sales staff are too intense but Crystal was perfect in that she was very knowledgeable, gave great advice about different appliances, and gave my husband and I plenty of time to think about the different options that would work best for us. We bought a washer, dryer, and oven and took advantage of a combined delivery fee as well as the extended warranties available through the store. Crystal was polite, professional, and personable, and we would highly recommend her to shoppers looking for a stress free experience.

I made many purchases at The Brick in Pembroke and always had great service. The store owners were always very friendly and went out of there way to help me find the best products and deals. The delivery guys were very respectful and professional. As well, all the deliveries were on-time with no damage. The people I spoke with on the phone were also very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend The Brick in Pembroke.

I had a great experience at The Brick. Me and my spouse are both Military and needed to buy 5 appliances for our home, and we also had our daughter (6 years old) with us, of course finding all the appliances required takes time and anyone with kids knows that it's probably not the most entertaining to them, but our sales consultant was fantastic (Chris Pearson) he provided an activity book and a colouring page to keep her occupied while going above and beyond to get us the best deal on our purchase. I am thankful for the friendly service I received at The Brick. Also the sales were great and hopefully the products arrive on time for delivery, but another thing is our consultant said he would keep a watchful eye out for us if the delivery didn't look like it would line up and contact us to reselect if required.

Jay Mohns did a great job at giving us the information we needed, without being pushy and causing me anxiety. We found exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because on the door it says come in and make us an offer and the best we were able to get was half price off of delivery, which we really didn't need but decided to take it to save us the hassle.
