Phoned & reserved a pick up for a wheelchair assessable taxi - they didn’t show- had to call & then they sent one. On our trip home - called again for pick up - was told 20 minutes. 1/2 hour later no taxi- texted again & they advised they were looking for a cab for us! this turned into an hour & 15 minutes. Extremely frustrating, especially when there are health issues involved! The cab also was falling apart - it was a good job we were only going 10 minutes away! I feel sorry for their drivers!

They are a good cab to take They even allow dogs which is nice because I need to take me dog to the vet and that's how I ended up doing it. There is not as many cars as other companies but it does.t really make a difference

Little expensuce taxi(cheaper than a checker 1/2 $ than Uber ). I wish they were new cars out there .some cars/vans shouldn't be used as even winter beaters . But the drivers are always awesome,experienced and time oriented

I used the app to order a taxi. The first driver cancelled so I ordered another, the second driver cancelled as well. When asking why this happened I was told the drivers called my phone, which neither did. I waited nearly 30 minutes total and no taxi ever came.Very poor customer service when using the app.

When I first called I was quite frustrated as I had to call 4 times and I waited 20 minutes for my cab, but the driver they supplied me with made my experience the 4 star that I’m rating it. He was absolutely lovely and understanding with my frustration. The cab company isn’t the greatest but the staff are superb.

I ordered a taxi, and was told my order was successful. The taxi never arrived. I was not informed that the taxi was not coming. If they informed me their taxi wasn't going to be here, I could have simply gone to another company. Because they didn't, I kept waiting, and ended up being late. When I asked them through their website what happened, they offered me a $2 coupon... Gee, thanks a lot, that really makes a huge difference...

Green Taxi really got it done for me. I am a Realor. My client was outside the house she just bought. She had her two kids with her and a moving truck full of stuff. The listing agent did not leave a lockbox with key as per the closing arrangements made by the lawyers due to Covid19. The key was at the listing agent's office, about 35 minutes away. The listing agent was unable to help get the key to my client. I was too far away in Mississauga. I called green taxi. They went immediately. Picked up the key and brought it to my client in under an hour. Wow! Guys, I'm impressed and my client is happy! Thank you so very much!!

Very nice man. But more than twice he went into the coming traffic lane. I don't think I'll ride with him again.
