Used to take all our vehicles here from work truck to family vehicles. But after my recent experience i will NEVER come back. They refused to put brakes on my vehicle unless they change rotors too which i understand.But charging me for $90 for nothing just to tell me i have to change my brakes and rotors which i already know is not fair. Especially if they mentioned to me over the phone that they would not charge me for it since they did not go through with the fix. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. Lost a loyal customer. very disappointed

Had a great experience, found 4 brand new tires 275/60/20 that were taken off a new truck, bought them for a great price , very helpful and friendly staff ! Highly recommended!

The staff here have always been excellent; they break down any problems and go above and beyond to help you and make your experience with them wonderful. My last visit I thought I had a bigger problem when it turned out to be my tires. The lovely lady at the desk didn't have my size in my price range and searched all over even from other places to help me find the tires I need. Her and the manager there found me the tires I needed in the price range I needed and I'm so thankful, I recently moved to the south end of Edmonton but will drive to spruce to do any repairs. Honest & reliable, definitely recommend.

Had the most horrible experience. I brought my car in at 830 for a brake repair and was told that it would be done in about 3 hours. At 1130 I went and asked if my car was done. They called and asked if it was done and one of the mechanics proceeded to tell me that he had no idea what I was talking about. He said “I haven’t heard about a focus repair today.” Then the 4 people behind the desk asked where my keys were and I told them I gave them in. All of them then frantically started looking for my keys. When I came to pick it up after I worked, I heard a funny noise driving home. I then realized thy had left a bungee cord hanging from under my car. I will not be going back.

This companies labour cost are outrageous. It's done in a timely manner, but I had to get a thermostat and water pump changed cost me 1500

It was a good experience, the only thing wrong was my car was finished before the truck ahead of me so I had to wait until it was finished. The vacuuming of the front floor was an added touch , which was nice.

My friend who’s a single mom, got quoted over 160 bucks for a oil change for her old Kia Sedona. They tried telling her it needs synthetic and up selling her on a bunch of stuff. No... it’s a oil van in rough shape, regular oils fine. That’s under 70 bucks everywhere else. When I phoned asking how much a oil change would be they said 90 something. Over priced and charge women who don’t know about vehicles way more. Would not recommend.

Just called in, the front desk lady put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on me.
