Kamloops Ford Service

We purchased a SUV from ford Lincoln From the time we walked in to driving off the lot with our new SUV the service was excellent. Thank you Cole Jeff and Justin even the Insurance guy I think his name was Derek. They were amazing they listened and made sure we left happy we will definitely repurchase here again

I waited 2.5 months for a part to come in for my F-450 service truck. During that period I was without my work tools and a work truck. When the part finally came in and my truck was “fixed” my check engine light came back on shortly after with the exact same issue. To top things off my window was smashed and tools were stolen out of my vehicle for the 3 days I left my vehicle on the lot. Unacceptable service. I couldn’t even imagine the implications of this if this was my personal/daily driver. I would’ve been lost.

Kamloops Ford service dept has bent over backwards for us, time and time again. The determination of Dan Theriault to keep his fleet customers happy is something to be admired. The level of service provided to a never ending stream of work trucks, and commitment to keeping those trucks on the road, is the reason that we continue to bring our trucks to Kamloops Ford.I would absolutely recommend Dan and his team to anyone running Ford fleet trucks.

Best Ford dealership in Kamloops. We go there to service our Ford, we get great service. We had to use the shuttle service and both shuttle driver were very professional and friendly.

My wife and myself had a great experience today. Our service advisor Sarah went up and beyond her duty today. She made sure that we were taking care of. So friendly and knowledgeable. She walked us through every step of the repairs that were done and made it easy to understand. I look forward to our next service.

Had amazing service done by Dan . Was on my way to work one-day and going up the hill to sunpeaks, the work trucks transmission goes. He was able to get me in and get it all taken care of , new transmission in no time . Very pleased with the service , patience , and all around help.

They fit us in when they couldn’t find our schedules appt. in the computer system.We were very grateful , as we live a couple hours drive away . They did their best to accommodate us.

Terrible!! Takes 4 weeks to get in for a simple oil change. They'll tell you they are in their busy season, but the last six times I've called for service it's been the same wait so I end up going somewhere else. I recently brought my truck in for phone connection issues. Took 4 weeks to get an appointment which put me over kms for warranty. I suppose it's my own fault for waiting so long but I've been trying to book for over 6 months and just can't commit to an appointment that far out.I explained that every phone that has been connected in my truck has issues. And, my phone works fine in every other vehicle. Its extremely clear this is a pickup issue, not my phone. I even gave them a place to start looking as seemingly, unlike them, I understand how to diagnose issues. They charged me 200 bucks for the tech to make a phonecall and tell me the problem is my phone because he didnt have issues during the one phonecall he made. Absolutely a waste of time and money.

Dan is trustworthy, friendly and great to work with. We have been with Kamloops Ford Lincoln for several years and are very happy with the amazing service. If you're having vehicle troubles, do yourself a favour and go see Dan in service. You couldn't ask for better.
