Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My Aunt and Uncle were assured they would have a car available when their delayed plane landed in Kelowna. The staff didn't stick around they had to pay for a taxi from Kelowna to Vernon.

Great place to get a rental car. Very professional, courteous, and helpful. I had an accident and their staff picked me up at the repair shop, got me into a rental car quickly and took me back to get my car after it was fixed. Was very happy with their service and the car.

The company is horrible I have made 2 different appointments both times have been a disappointment! On last visit they made the reservation 30 minutes after it was supposed to be so I waited the 30 minutes only for baboo to tell me the car isn't working ! One car that's all they had available for the whole area & it wasn't working! They are a joke! I would recommend taking the bus , hitchhiking or walking before renting from enterprise!!!

I recently had a great experience at Enterprise at the Toronto Airport. I was greeted from a very friendly Jayak & Mohamd they gave me a choice of vehicle and it was fun! Then when I returned, I was in a desperate need of a printer or I wouldn't get on my flight. I remember the nice service from enterprise and Avi helped me. Saved the day - he was exceptional.

Had a great experience renting 3 different vehicles over a 1 month period of time while my vehicle was being serviced. Customer service was excellent. Arshdeep was especially helpful and delivered the car to me as needed. Definitely recommend!

Left me hanging all day at an auto body. Was told I would have a vehicle that day and they would come pick me up. They ended up not answering or returning my calls when I tried to follow up by mid-afternoon and I ended up without a vehicle. - My worst customer service experience so far.

I got a rental car from enterprise. The service was perfect. The staff was very helpful. They really helped us in every way when we didn’t have any source of transportation. One of the staff Arsh @Vernon location did an amazing job as he was taking care of our situation. I really recommend this place. Thank you all :)

EDIT: After being called by the manager James, my issue was resolved. James went above and beyond to make sure I would be well taken care of and was willing to track down a car regardless of it being a higher category than my original booking. He even offered to drive me to the Kelowna location himself if he wasn’t able to find a car for me in town. He apologized for what had happened, provided outstanding customer service and in the end was able to find a car for me in town. As I said in my original review, unforeseen circumstances happen, it is how it is being dealt with that matters and James made it right. To reflect this, I added 3 stars to my original review.Original review: Booked a car back in October (that’s 10 months ago) for an extremely important trip.I receive a call on Friday night at 5:30 before a long week end and I’m told “we don’t have a car for you for Tuesday”. That’s 3 days notice, the three days being the long week end. When I try to get an explanation or further assistance I was told “booking a car doesn’t guarantee availability” (what?). I was offered absolutely no alternatives and was just told it is what it is goodbye.Following this call, I give a call to the 1800 number where I spoke with someone that tried to help me. They found a car of different category at Kelowna airport for me, which ends up being 70+$ more expensive than my original booking. So not only do I now have to figure out transportation to and from Kelowna airport, but I’m also on the hook to pay more than the original price.Looking at the Vernon location on the booking system, it appears they do have cars of higher category available but this was never offered (of course if they can rent for 4 times what I was quoted, they might as well just cancel my booking).This is unprofessional and a pretty terrible way to treat customers. Unforeseen circumstances can happen, but when it does, the very least you can do is find alternatives and/or offer upgrades for the original booking price.

This location cancelled a prepaid reservation with 30 minutes notice. Person who called me gave absolutely no apologies or any resolution.Had to rebook with another rental company and paid double what was planned. Follow up with Enterprise corporate, and was promised a call back to resolve the issue - that was 4 weeks ago and it has been radio silence.I will make sure to never recommend Enterprise to anyone - especially if you actually want a rental car when you have a reservation.UPDATE (1 month after corporate reply below):Sent an email as requested below, still have heard nothing back at all, no return email, no resolution. Enterprise continues to make things worse by reaching out on this review, then ignoring the email that I sent - great job, great brand, fabulous service - 0/5 stars would never give another cent on my money.
