I was planning to be a regular customer until now.I went there a couple of times and RMT are good but the girl at the reception told me that they don’t provide 30min massage even though their website says it’s available.I always did 45 min but didn’t have time so hanged up.She called me back telling me she didn’t know I went there before and they don’t provide 30min for a first time customer.People go to website to see the price especially if you have limited insurance coverage and she should not have changed her mind based on if I was a regular customer or not.

Halen was amazingThey may have less rating but when I went there I was treated so well , staff was polite and Halen was so good with the deep tissue massage plus I got an extra 10 min massage!!Please do try don’t go by the ratings there is less staff but they are good

I've been here for many massages, however, the business seems very sketchy. They are not transparent with the rates and have different rates for insured and uninsured clients. The ambience is not pleasant, squeaky floors and the door is left open when the masseus leaves the room to get a hot towel for example. The massage therapists speak very little English making it difficult to communicate my needs with them. Unfortunately, I would not recommend going here.

The massages are not relaxing - they are deep and can be painful. The ladies there are able to assess my problem areas and address the root causes of most of my aches and pains. I've been about 20 times now and this is consistent: you walk in with aches and pains, the massage is uncomfortable, you feel woozy when you get up, you don't necessarily feel better when you walk out, but you will feel MUCH better the next day. That's why I go there... and the price is right.

I live close by and go there often the main advantages are open late until 8:00 p.m. 7 days a week it's clean. The main thing is you really have to tell them which areas you want done and how strong, it's your body if you don't take charge don't blame them, today I'm going to get just my legs and feet work done and I'll tell them if I want it with more pressure or less.Be the Driver not the passenger, in message and in life. I use Benicad so the receipt they give & submit works fine. I always tip in CASH for better service.

Paper towel on the face rest, and low thread count scratchy sheets (which the RMT massaged me through for the first part, which was weird), and creaky floors outside the room which ruined the ambiance. The RMT and the massage itself was good, but for the cost of a quality massage, pay an extra $10 and go somewhere else.

Absolutely disappointed with the services. All they want is your money and don't care about your experience. No questions asked before about The areas you would like them to focus on more And somehow after a full hour massage only half of my body was done. How is that even possible? I left feeling like I need another massage after the hour long one they gave me. No arms, front torso, front legs, feet or head. I can't even describe the feeling of spending hard earned money to go have a relaxing massage and end up more tense than when arrived at the place

Previously posted 5 stars for this place as the ladies doing the massage were lovely. However, upon calling today the receptionist told me today that they can no longer accept neither my manulife or sunlife insurance coverage and would not elaborate as to why. When i asked if they would provide the receipt so that i can sumit myself she said no.Sounds like fishy business to me. I wont be returning to this place.
