Cornerstone Olds - Edo Japan: Grill & Sushi | Welcome to Edo Japan! Stop by our street front restaurant in the Northwest area of Olds, AB just off of Highway 27. We are easily accessible from 67A Ave from 46th Street (Highway 27). We are located right next to the Co-operators Insurance and just south across the parking lot from Canadian Tire, Mark’s and Walmart. Lots of free parking available. We’re a Canadian fast food restaurant chain, famous for our Japanese food which we cook fresh on our teppan grill with our signature teriyaki sauce. Edo's specialties include bento box meals, healthy noodle bowls, sushi (hand-rolled in-store daily), spring rolls, gyoza, miso soup and more! Since when do you order take out not have soy sauce supplied with your sushi, no chop sticks, no spoon for Raman. Am I missing something here? Are these considered luxury items now?

The hot dishes are the only saving grace for this brand. The sushi and other cold items are bland beyond measure and do not satisfy in the least. I don't know how they store/prepare their cold ingredients but it is just not up to par, even for fast food/takeaway sushi.

Disappointed with the food quality of a once decent place to go. I would've waited for fresh rolls rather than get this burnt old trash.

Very disappointed to get home and find out my meal was not what I ordered. I asked for thick noodles and got rice, this was the first time I upgraded to sumo size so it was twice the disappointment. With prices rising it would be great to at least get what we paid for.

Save your money. I love sushi but this was not worth it at all. I would say it was about the same quality as gas station sushi or worse. Tasted old and dried out.

Raw, cold, frozen food. Worst experience I have ever had here. Usually it's great food with good service. But not this time. Manager tried to deny me my money back. Then tried to acuse me of stealing from him after he gave me money from his wallet. Because he didn't want his float to be off balance. He then banned us from the restaurant.I should not have to send my son to wait at the van so he doesn't have to witness his mother being taken for a fool. The manager was very upset and did not handle the situation well at all. The only reason why he gave me my money back was because my husband was there and wouldn't leave until I got my money back. I don't know what happened to this place. Like I said before, we all use to really like it. I'm disappointed.

Amazing! I got the shrimp udon bowl and I got like 12 shrimp in it for $10.75. I've never had a place be so generous with their shrimp; you normally get like 5 shrimp in something like that. It was actually the first time I wish they added a bit more noodles lol. And it was really tasty! We got a dynamite roll too and it was very good.
