Awesome school. Mrs. Grech and Mrs. Newman are really nice teachers. I observed a positive change in my children under the supervision of these two teachers. Thanks a lot.

mount joy is a great school, but it’s not what it was years ago. we had more trips and fun events at the school. but that doesn’t mean this school had taken a toll, we still have fun events, assemblies and trips that create awesome memories. i must say, there’s no better place than here at mount joy.

This school was, not the same. I came back to the school and everything was to different for me. Remembering mount joy in Kindergarden, everyone was really nice and the teachers were amazing. But coming back everyone basically had a heart of stone. 1 time a teacher came for 1 day and never came back. Every time I dealed with a conflict the teacher helped for 1 min and then did nothing. They may be okay at teaching but they are not okay at loving.

They need to increase their budget and get proper supplies and services. They need to relax a little loosen them shoulders and just realize they are teaching kids and need to be a bit more relaxed in terms of a kid being 2 minutes late... etc. This school also needs to be more honest by doing the things they have said to have done by now and actually take some action..... this schools needs some work, so does the school board.

This school is nowhere near as good as it was 3-5 years ago. Shocked at how lax the teachers are about students bringing peanuts & nuts to school (eat it and then wash your hands"- really!?!?). Office staff needs some work as one of the secretaries has severe anger management issues (thankfully now gone). There are some good teachers

Small school, too cheap to afford good equipment for the kids. The teachers have bad attitudes and pick on kids unfairly. As a former student there, I barely learned anything from the school. They do not set you up for success in high-school.
