Excellent doctor unfortunately the worst hospital in winnipeg. Night shift nurses spend more time worrying about the computer and lunch break than patients. Day shift were excellent.

Dr, Kroczak did wonderful things for my particular problem, was there when I needed him, answered all my my questions and encouraged more questions. I recently spoke to a very disrespectful receptionist named Laurel. she wasn't letting me explain myself regarding booking my husband's appointment. she kept on over talking over me when I was talking, and pretty much cutting me off. I have been in the medical field for over 10 years working the front desk and not once have I ever treated a client this way. Front desk is the face of the clinic and once you show disrespect in any way makes a person underestimate the practice.
