I went there on Saturday afternoon because I got a nail in my tire. They were super busy and couldn't book me in that day. But the guy at the reception checked all my tires and put some Air in. Very nice guy

Best service I’ve ever had. The owner Samson was very helpful and friendly. He was reasonable and the prices are good. My new go to place for sure and I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Ok tire at Minoru in Richmond is the best shop... The owner of the place is honest, he will never going to sell anything you don't need, prices are fair the job is exelente. Highly recommend it

Samson is the best. He is a super hard working owner that is honest and straight up. I trust his opinion and feedback on tires and he always takes care of me in a jam and fits me in where he can even though he is slammed. He price matches too...but for his service and fees, I'd go to him any day over saving a few bucks cause I know I can count on him a trust him! I recommend him!!

Samson and his team are the best mechanics I have dealt with. Very honest, doesn't push you to get extra things done (they told me about a problem but didn't force to come back or to book an appointment right away). Service is always friendly and I already got my whole family to come her for their oil change!

This is an amazing store with nice, skilled and helpful staff. Got tires replaced here recently with zero issues, regardless of how busy a typical day this location can get. About four years ago I had a flat tire just before going to work, the staff here changed my spare tire and helped me back on the road within minutes, free of charge. Although the tires were replaced somewhere else at that time, their quality work and courtesy of customer service gave me a very good impression. I am glad the store survived the pandemic time and their team has the consistency of great services as expected.
