Mary Brown's Chicken
Wow Mary Brown's chicken is super underrated. This is a lot better than KFCor Popeyes. This location in particular is amazing. The chicken is always juicy and skin is super crispy. There are a lot of places that have dry chicken but so far this location has been great!Their taters are a must try. It's definitely a good change from all the other restaurants who give fries. Their spicy seasoning is very tasty too. Coleslaw was suprisingly very good for a fast food coleslaw. Highly recommend this place if you're craving fried chicken.

Overpriced for the amount and quality of food you get. Soggy fries. Chicken tenders not a lot of flavour. Big Mary is not big. App said the order was ready and I still had to wait another 10 minutes in the store after that. The counter person was pleasant and nice but when you see how slow the cooking staff move it’s ridiculous. I am already emailing your experience email so pls come up with a better reply then your other replies here to contact them.

Yesterday, I went to the new Mary Brown's at Main and Thompson streets and purchased a meal. The chicken was good except for the taters. Some of them were not fresh. It appeared to me that fresh ones were mixed in with stale ones The hard ones had to be thrown out. I was not happy about this. Mary Brown's personnel have to be careful not to do this. It is quiet easy to see and taste the difference between fresh and stale taters or fries. Customers will not hesitate to go elsewhere if they are not satisfied with your food.

Went to the new location of Mary browns chicken at the milton mall. The chicken burger is great. But the home fries were salty. The regular fries were hard had to throw them in garbage.Next time I go I will just get the chicken burger.

Frequent visitor of this location, it's normally been good in the past but the past 2 visits have been bad. Ordered 5 big Mary's and none of them had proper sauce. The sandwiches just didn't taste good either. I don't know why you'd cheap out on the sauce of all things. The sandwich just tasted dry and bland without the sauce to balance it out, or maybe the sandwich quality has gone down too, regardless more sauce could've masked the lack of flavour.

I ordered the big Mary original combo with no pickles and regular mayo. The burger was crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside. It was absolutely delicious. The sandwich was big and I like how the chicken did not have a thick batter, but it was packed with flavour. I also ordered the tater poutine, I wanted the cheese curds but I made a mistake and made it shredded cheese. The box looks small but they packed it to the brim. I had to eat 2/3 of it for dinner on its own because it was so filling. The gravy was so good, the taters of course didn’t stay crispy but it was still good, cheese curds would’ve made it better though. Still highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience ordering delivery through their app. Despite reaching out to both SkipTheDishes and the restaurant, I never received my food and was left without a resolution. The customer service was unacceptable, as I was passed back and forth between the two entities, with neither taking responsibility for the missing order and both denying the possibility of a refund.To make matters worse, I was told that the food had been delivered when there was no proof to support this claim. After several hours of trying to resolve this issue, I was left feeling exhausted and hungry.It's worth noting that I have ordered from this restaurant through their app and in person in the past with great success and the food has always been delicious. However, this situation has left me very disappointed and has left a mark on how I view Mary Browns. When I finally got in touch with a manager, they advised me not to order delivery through the restaurant's app in the future, but instead to order directly through the SkipTheDishes app.The only option left for me now seems to be disputing the $40 charge on my credit card. I hope that no one else has to go through this terrible experience where a simple lunch order turns into a nightmare.

Ordered twice now from skip. Food was delivered fast. And hot. Fries were hot, chicken was hot and juicy and huge pieces. Last weekend was first time. Today was second time. This is my go to chicken place, from now on, no more disappointments, from that other chicken place. Here's a photo of next days breakfast. Using left over Mary Brown's chicken.Nov 26, ordered again. Still the same great food, delivered HOT, was a bit longer waiting for delivery this time, but the food was still very warm. And worth the few extra minutes wait.

Great service from Jitesh ! Called into the store line for a pickup order. Very professional and mannerly. Upon arrival at store was greeted by same person and was given great service. Would definitely recommend this location and hoping management team looks at these reviews to promote him.
