Bloom Bistro
One of the best locally owned Brunch spots in the Simcoe area. There's comfortable seating for 70+ inside and the owner did an excellent job of designing the interior (Can you believe that used to be a dive bar!?!). The menu was designed with dietary restrictions in mind -- literally food for everyone in your group. The specialty seems to be egg dishes but I had a great smoked salmon sandwich. The owner checked in on us several times and was super charming.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bloom Bistro, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. The owner welcomed us with genuine friendliness. They went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and taken care of, paying attention to even the smallest details. The food was AMAZING!!! The flavours were unforgettable and presentation was so pretty. The menu featured an impressive range of options. In addition to the outstanding food and warm hospitality, the restaurant's interior was simply breathtaking. The attention to detail was remarkable. 100% would recommend dining here!

Absolutely beautiful new restaurant. The food is INCREDIBLE with so many unique selections. Plating style is beautiful. Decor is clean and classy. Bloom Bistro is the way to go if you want a healthier meal or have dietary restrictions. The owners are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here (they serve breakfast and lunch) and then attended their Grand Opening the next day. Nice casual atmosphere. We loved their Garden Skillet and Omelette. Good coffee and service enhanced the experience. Great addition to the Barrie restaurant community!

Bloom Bistro
This is going to be a go-to spot for us. The interior of this place is gorgeous and clean. The service was phenomenal, Nalini was very attentive and gave us great recommendations. They were kind enough to split the portions onto two dishes so we could try each item. The coffee and food were delicious, I highly recommend the breakfast bruschetta! Can’t wait to come back!

Hands down the BEST breakfast spot in town!! Our food was AMAZING!! So many delicious flavours, crispy homefries, and the presentation was on point! My son asked to go back as soon as possible, and we definitely will!

Bloom Bistro is your absolute go to for breakfast, brunch etc! We were elated with how wonderful everything tasted and how the presentation was meticulous. The fact they were able to cater to our dietary restrictions was so helpful! Each meal truly tasted fresh and like it was made with love. We will 110% be going back again! Thank you Nalini for a wonderful experience!
