We needed a washer repaired, Mike, our technician was there on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He got us a quote to fix it and ordered the part right away. We appreciated that he had some time the evening before our appointment so called and asked if we would like him to come fix it rather than wait until the next day which was a three hour time window.I can only say good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone. They will without a doubt, be our go to for appliance repairs!

We had an issue with our Samsung laundry washer leaking, Mike came out to do a diagnostic and discovered it was just a hose came loose, he reconnected the hose and fixed the problem. I will use again next time I need anything repaired, highly recommend using Edmonton Appliance Repair

We have a double wall oven. The lower oven door doesn’t close and the lock (for the self-clean function) wasn’t working. My husband called and was quoted $75 for a service call (which would be taken off the cost of the repair when we had it done). At the time of his call, he didn’t know the model number of the oven and sent pictures so they would have some idea of what it may be.The service guy arrived on time and was pleasant – he was appropriately masked. I showed him the hinges that didn’t close and the loose locking mechanism. He asked if I knew the model number – provided him with the owners manual.He got in touch with his office and provided a quote of $809.55. We said that we wanted to think about options (fixing it vs buying a new one).The service guy was here less than 15 minutes, only looked at the one oven, didn’t have to use any tools or take anything apart to diagnose the problem (we told him what was wrong) and we got charged $240.00 for the service call.A call back to the office to discuss the discrepancy was futile.Clearly won’t be dealing with this company ever again. If you choose to use them, I would strongly recommend that you get your initial quote for the service call in writing before having anyone attend your home.

I am very happy with the repair work done on my LG washing machine. Mike was so professional. About one week ago he came in, assessed the problem than ordered parts. Today, Dec. 2/20 he installed the new part. Very efficient, pleasant, courteous service at comparative rates. He went above and beyond by giving maintenance tips to keep my washer working optimally. Recommend this company for repairs.

Service was excellent! He fixed our dryer like new, in just over an hour. He brought the needed part with him and was able to assess and repair in one trip, and now the machine is quiet as a mouse again! Very friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

The Edmonton Appliance repair tech was able to rescue my Meile dishwasher. He was patient in removing the dishwasher as it was not coming out from the counter without a fight. When he finally got it out... I was ready to get it replaced. He was able to fix it and gave me tips on how to prevent the issue again. Neglect on my part. It's running great!Thanks!!

Great service from beginning to end. Timely response to my request and emails and they were very accommodating to my schedule to book someone to come out. Mike was great when he came out. Fixed my washing machine and showed me how to take care of my washer to make sure it keeps working properly. He even went above and beyond to show me how to fix my sink that is clogged. Was a great friendly experience. The price was fair and reasonable and I would totally recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repair. Keep up the great work!

The technician was polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. After he completed the repair he gave excellent advice about proper care for the dishwasher. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
