Mega Garage Door

I called MEGA Garage Door because i had a broken garage door cable and couldn't open the door. Steve, a helpful technician, came within 2 hours and quickly assessed the problem--the cable was rusted and detached from the rusted bottom bracket. In addition to replacing the cable, he quickly replaced the bottom bracket, a roller and vertical track all of which were rusted. He sprayed all hinges and tracks with garage door lube and checked to ensure the garage door opened and closed perfectly. Overall Steve was very prompt, professional, efficient, courteous, thoughtful and personable, and charged a very fair price.
