Jasper Autoworks

Wai, owner of Jasper Autoworks, is the go-to for any Honda/Acura, or really any import issues. He knows his stuff, is fair, and doesn't push unnecessary repairs. I only wish his shop was closer, but I'll happily drive across town for his level of service.

Took our 2007 Honda S2000 here for a larger service, replacement of bushings, valve adjustment and spark plug change. Also suspension overhaul. Wai took very good care of our vehicle and has extensive experience in dealing with Honda's/Acura's. Took extra time to show us underneath the work that was completed and ensured we were okay with keeping or throwing out the worn items. Would recommend and continually would bring a vehicle here for servicing.Last year also had steering rack replaced on a 2002 Accord and was sourced/finished promptly. Greatly extended the life of our vehicle.Back was super clean and organized. Never seen a shop this clean in my life.

Wai is fantastic and supporting his shop is a no brainer from me. He is super knowledgeable and efficient. Easy to get an appointment, he takes care of the vehicle, and explains everything as needed. His rates are excellent and he treats his customers so well. 10/10.

I was recommended to see Wei a while back. He's been taking fantastic care of my Honda for years now. He's always been honest about whether he thinks services are needed or not. I have free servicing from my dealership, yet I drive 35 minutes to see Wei every time instead, and pay him to boot! Can't recommend him enough!

Very quick service. Called them to see if they could squeeze me in that day and he was able to. Other shops were saying I'd need to replace my whole heat shield but Jasper Autoworks were able to just tighten up the bolts add a washer and $40 and 20 minutes later I'm driving without any annoying rattle. Definitely recommend!

The reviews do not lie. I took my Acura RLX into Jasper Auto Works and had Wai work on getting me a new timing belt installed. He was excellent to work with and finished the job in a timely matter. He even beat the price on many dealerships for OEM parts. I highly recommend him for any Asian import vehicle you have that needs service. Right on Wai and keep up the great service!

Wai was amazingly quick to fix the items on our Mazda for my daughter. Not only efficient, he was way more competitive on his prices than two other places we had quotes at. I anticipated he’d need three days for the work and to my surprise he had it completed in one full day! Very impressed. Had issues with alignment and wheel balance from another shop. Tony and Wai were able to quickly fix the issues and I feel safer on these winter roads. I am coming back for sure.

Excellent service! Came here bc of the 5 stars review, they definitely deserve it!!! Finally found a car maintenance and repair place that I can truly trust. :)
