Small takeout place, cash only, but the quality of the pizza is well above other options in the area. I also feel it would compete with most of the places in gatineau as well.

No gluten free dough. Gluten free crust should be a standard among pizzerias. My wife cannot enjoy a pizza from here because of this and so we cannot indulge in this shop's Pizza! Thanks

Inconsiderate of dietary restrictions.Called in food order for delivery and I put in a special request (such as, half/half pizza *no meat on once side).. and it arrives, I pay and then notice that the order was not what I had asked.I called back and mentioned to the cashier, he passes me then to the “owner” who then says “oh so there’s meat on more than 3/4 of your pizza? well why don’t you just remove it?” I told him we’d tried but we’d only destroyed the pizza and it wasn’t salvageable. He then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he can do and that is was my problem and then hung up. He was rude, condescending and inconsiderate.I have paid for this meal, this is not the meal i had requested. And now this meal will be left untouched.If I were able to remove the meat, salvage the pizza.. 100% would have had no issue and wouldn’t have called in. I don’t care if the meat touched my pizza (hence the half/half) although, if when trying to fix their mistake and then being left with a lump of destroyed pizza, I would hope for my money back or another pizza. A “I’m sorry” would have been just fine.I think a quick class in Customer service etiquette would be necessary for this gent.

Read on the Online Menu that a large pepperoni pizza is $13.50… Well it’s not, I had to order a side to get the *discount* so I ordered Garlic Bread approx (4.30$).Total came out to $24.00, how? No debit or credit either so spent more money on the ATM fee’s…

Great Pizza !! The best pizza I have had in Ottawa/Gatineau area. The pizza is never greasy.They are generous with toppings and cheese. The crust is always perfectly cooked and tasty.Our Friends come to visit from Kanata just for this pizza.

Don't sell pop from a vending machine, and making customers use an ATM is just tacky in 2020. Food was very good though which is why this isn't a one star. Customers want convenience, not obstacles.

It use to be a 5 star, but the last order was:1- not as tasty (to much of the cheap ingredients like green peppers).2 Expensive! It use to be very reasonably priced, and I was surprised when I called and the prices were not what they were online at all... Like I get that it's really hard with pandemic and rising food costs... But it was an increase of $10 and wasn't listed on the website so by the time I called I was a little shocked. And as I mentioned above, the ingredients do not match the increase in price because they felt cost cutting ($27 for a large pepperoni pizza. 37 for speciality pizza).

The website says $6 special Tuesdays for a small, I got charged over $9. Their small is a 8 not 10" like everywhere else. Also

I couldn’t be more satisfied with their delicious pizzas and exceptional service. They also offer good specials and free delivery! Definitely my go to pizza shop.
