Great services. The bike itself is such a smooth ride. I had my chain pop out once after going through a lot of kilometres (I use my my bike for daily commute) and they I reached out to ask what was wrong. Since I live on the other side of the town, they literally took the time to help me out step by step how to fix it on my own, instead of asking me to come in. My first bike got stolen and I’m low key very happy it did, if not I wouldn’t have found Butter Bikes.

New owner of a Butter single speed and happy as ever! The owner, Lucas, kindly greeted me and let me test ride it upon arrival of my appointment. The feeling it gave me from just riding up and down the street was so amazing! I hope you get to know that feeling that is the Butter single speed. Afterwards, I was verbally provided with basic maintenance and care instructions and I was on my way with the beautiful new bike. Outstanding quality while being affordable. The best!

I can't pretend to know too much about bikes, but my experience with Luca and Butter Bikes was great. I got a chance to test ride the bike before buying, Luca was super helpful and put no pressure on me to buy. He gave me the chance to try the bike for a week and the option to return it if it wasn't the right fit for me. The bike even has Luca's number on a little sticker, in case you have any issues with it. If you're in the market for a new bike, I highly recommend checking out Butter Bikes.

Bikes designed specifically for commuting around Toronto. I'm seeing more of them around the city now, too. You can arrange an appointment visit Luca's shop, which ensures that you have time to ask him questions, go for a test ride, etc. I really appreciated this way of doing things; as well as Luca's high standard of customer service. Very responsive and affable guy.

Love my new Butter bike! Beautiful hamdmade bike by a local bike designer Luca who you actually meet and deal with directly. Silky smooth ride. Bike is super light and great for commuters. Excellent service and after care. Highly recommended to anyone looking for this type of bike.

Obsessed with my Butter Bike! Luca was fantastic to purchase from. He is super knowledgeable and patient with a beginner asking all of the questions! The bike rides incredibly smooth and looks clean. This is such great value for what you get, I cannot recommend the Butter Bike enough!!
