Terra Mechanical Ltd
Terra Mechanical installed a heat pump in our new home. The heat pump failed after 4.5 years in October 2022.Terra took over a month to visit the property, have since repaired two items, and yet this heat pump is still not working. The house has been heated with 5 portable heaters (24x7) for the past 5-months (including during two cold snaps this winter).With no end in sight, we're considering replacing the entire heat pump with a model that has parts readily available and/or installing a full boiler backup.
