Very very bad experience with dealing with Mr. Pankaj Behal. Just called to check on my options but i ended up being judged as a new immigrant. We were spoken to rudely and words of trust were put into consideration. Just for a viewing the number of question that's were asked and the documents they needed were insane. Raj Sindhu please tell your marketing team (your flyer distributor) to not make a mess in the entire neighbourhood. They cannot throw your flyer on private property anywhere. If you want to distribute them tell them to put in a mailbox and not on the porch or in the driveway flying all over the street and everyone's driveway.All the positive reviews you are seeing from the individual brokers working for Re/Max Gold themselves. They don't have any real customer positive reviews.

They are absolutely crooked and deal with people fraudulently. Sudarshan dulat one of the Sales agent defrauds people and harrasses them to sign a waiver without even acknowledging them and thoroughly flouts the code of conduct. Filing an official complaint against everyone involved. Stay away at all costs.

One of the worst real estate agency I have come across. their agents are cheaters and make you fool, never sign with this real-estate agency. Remax Gold Realty INC agents make you signed on the buyer agreement without informing you and always push to get loan from private lander for more commission.
