Was the go to mall store for any little girl

very bad experience with my doubles.. the employee did them so crooked and uneven.. put them so close to my regular i can’t even wear earrings anymore, price is also definitely a scam. made me pay over $100!!

Earrings too small and unwilling to return.. not sure why they didn't mention no returns at time of purchase. Can say I won't be returning

incredible customer service, on april 21st around 12:30-1:30 there was a red head employee that made our visit incredibly exquisite !!

Not sure if it was the manager or a regular employee. But today I walked in (already carrying stuff I had purchased from a different store) & immediately I felt eyes following me. Whatever. Until I left the store, was I then followed out of the store by the employee- she was yelling “hey that’s from our store” & I replied no, it’s not. I had to show her the tag stating that it was from a different store did she then believe me. She apologized about it but regardless it shouldn’t have happened. I myself work in retail. In every job I’ve worked at we are told not to accuse people nor can we follow them out of the store. I felt embarrassed as it was in the middle of the mall near closing so everyone was staring. This is absolutely ridiculous as I shop here often and I am ALWAYS followed around- but this is just unacceptable.

Went here for piercings and definitely regret spending money for such bad service and false information of pricing. The lady who did my piercings was not professional and the price is such a scam.

Person working had 3 men visiting her for whole time we where in store. No real interest in working.

Got my piercings done today and felt very disappointed with the service. I got charged for a much higher price without noticing as the asian lady did not tell me beforehand. Went for a normal $33 piercing but ended up paying $43 + a rapid solution and could not do a return for a normal one. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. During the session, the lady kept telling me to choose another one as if my option was too cheap. She also did not do her job professionally because my piercings were itchy and stinging not like the first time when a white lady got my piercings done. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

Nope not again will I ever be using this place to get ear piercing again so my we got our daughters done one fell out I phone ask what it would cost to do just one $80 no way.sorry not even worth the whole star
