YEG Inspections saved me a boat load of money. I was waiting to close on a great rental property subject to inspection. After Mr Strawson completed the inspection and I reviewed his report with him I pulled out my offer. What I thought was going to be a great rental turned out to be a train wreck. To many costly repairs for my budget. YEG Inspections was thorough and professional. Mr Strawson pointed out water damage and foundation issues that I missed on my viewing, not to mention the pot lights that were installed in a recent Reno were the wrong ones and did not meet code. Definitely would use YEG inspections again.

Was concerned about the air quality in my home so I called Larry @ YEG Inspections and he came on time and did a professional job. Larry is very personable and thorough, he definitely sets a high standard for the industry which is a bonus for the consumer. We have commercial properties and Larry will be our Inspector, this type of service or level of excellence is not a norm anymore! We need more Larry's!!!!

Hi everybody. I had resenty wanted to buy a house, a few years back. I called up a friend the new somebody In the business of inspect homes. I got Lerry S number with YEG inspection.He was kind and really new what to look for in the house That i wanted to buy. He noticed that the furnace will need replacing & my shingles were doubled up, I didn't notice that. Any way I could go on Lerry S was very knowledgble, I'm so glad I hired him, worth every penny I spent.

Can't recommend Larry enough. After having a nightmare with a previous home inspector Larry @YEG Inspections was able to thoroughly go through a house I was waiting on to purchase for a rental property. Like a lot of other comments you can rest easy as he is very professional and good at his job.The inspection was thorough but honest and helped eliminate a few concerns I had before purchasing the property. If you're looking for someone to be reliable, honest and thorough with your next home inspection then give Larry a call.
