I purchased a Lift to standing recliner in May 2022. This recliner is leg raise independent from back raise as well as jointly. So many positions available. Has battery back-up. Smooth motions. The only place I can sleep. Price was approximately $1800 but got a doctor's prescription for the chair, on recommendation from staff, and saved 10%. The chair was delivered and installed. Would definitely recommend shopping here!

Fantastic service. We have had several in-home installations by Motion, and the installers have always been on time, speedy, and thorough. Their in-store staff are knowledgeable and helpful, providing really useful advice on their products. Great job by everyone!

Tried to call “Marie “ multiple times and left multiple messages as well as asked the receptionist to also relay the message to call an no one has called back, called about 7-10 times with a message on the machine each time no call back, also asked my sister inlaw to try an no replies to her as well an she also left multiple messages and calls!Terrible service

Rebecca was amazing to deal with. She was extremely prompt, caring and professional when helping us secure a wheelchair. She took the time to visit our home, adjust it and show us how to use it. Truly the definition of excellent customer service. Thank you for the support!

Wonderful service and knowledgeable. Ann-Marie provided us with an emergency rental walker, then a referral to an assessment person, then a new walker in a timely fashion. I am in BC and had fabulous interaction from afar. Highly recommend.

Doesn't answer phones at store, regional manager does not return calls.I have a used wheelchair with motion specialties sticker on it. They said it's too old to program even though they sold it. The tech tried to pitch me a new chair sale. They took a week to reply they refunded my service call money. I called a half dozen times, three different numbers.. poor service to the core. Stay away if you're disabled and require quality service.
