Sarah is absolutely amazing. She was our post partum doula for 2 weeks after our daughters arrival and she made the transition to parenthood so much easier. She is extremely knowledgable and takes initiative. She was also great with our large breed dog, even going as far as to wrangle him when he escaped out the front door. She reassured us and supported us during our first few weeks post partum and eased our first time parent jitters, I am forever thankful. Sarah, you are great . Thank you for everything.

Sarah is truly amazing! I have asked her a million questions in regards to prenatal, postpartum, and just everything and anything baby.She always gets back to me promptly and if she doesn’t know an answer she goes and researches and comes back to me with information.I have gifted her services to a friend which is such an awesome way to bless a new mom!If you are looking for doula services look no further! I cannot thank or recommend Sarah enough. She was there to support both my husband and I during my pregnancy and “opposite to plan” labour and delivery. She supported us in the adjustments from home to hospital birth and helped provide information so we could make the decisions that were best for our family! From these big decision to the little atmosphere setters like tea light candles, Sarah was there for it all. She made my pregnancy, labour and delivery one that doesn’t have a bit of regret and is filled with feelings confidence, despite it not go to “plan”. Sarah provided a grounding, calming and reassuring presence. She is an absolute blessing to our family!Thank you Sarah!

Sarah was such a huge blessing to me and my family around the birth of my son! My first pregnancy was a bit traumatic so having someone so kind, nurturing and peaceful to talk to about concerns, fears or questions with my second was so refreshing. I had a 48 hour labour and she was on call to me the entire time- providing support, encouragement and advice on how to handle it. She sat with me, walked with me and chatted with me for distractions. During hard labour and transition she applied counter pressures and massage, helped me find and get into different positions and coached me through each contraction. After he was born she followed up often and brought a meal to us. She was available for questions and debreifing afterwards and helped me process my labour and delivery. She is so kind, knowledgeable and peaceful. You can tell she is passionate about her job and loves what she does!

We highly recommend Sarah! She was an incredible support to us during our pregnancy and having Sarah as our doula was key to the successful homebirth of our first baby. I had a long labour and she was with us overnight for at least 14 hours, providing constant comfort and support, suggesting different positions to try, and applying counter-pressure during contractions. I don't know if I could have done it without her! Sarah's responses to our questions and concerns during our pregnancy and after the birth were so thoughtful and well researched and instantly put us at ease. Sarah provides wonderful pregnancy, birth, and post-partum support for mom and partner!

Having a doula at our birth was the best decision we made! Ouf first birth experience was fairly positive, but we learned through this experience that Sarah was the missing piece that made all the difference. Our midwives said they wished everyone had a doula like Sarah & commented that “Team Kathryn”, which I credit to Sarah. She recorded my every wish and ensured every single one was fulfilled. She was the first to arrive and last to leave. She met all my emotions with a peaceful presence, encouraged me, and applied counter pressure for EVERY contraction while my husband was filling up the birth tub. She fed me and kept my hydrated so all I had to focus on was my baby. Postpartum, Sarah checked in on me regularly, brought a nourishing meal, and ensured I was resting. She is the most generous soul you will find. We had our DREAM birth & gained a dear friend in the process. Cannot recommend her enough!
