Don't do what I did and ignore these reviews. Words can't describe what a gong show this place is. Dropped my chainsaw off o be serviced, after 5 weeks not only did he not do anything, he couldn't actually find it. Just talk to this guy for 30seconds and tell me you aren't questioning his ability to manage things. What a waste of my time. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

OMG. Absolutely the worst. I thought it was a comedy show. The place was a disaster and nowhere for customers to stand in a queue as there was junk everywhere. One person was working there with no assistanceI had made a reservation to pickup a chainsaw and drove 20 mins to get it the following day as was asked inky to be told he hadn't had a chance to get it ready and should come back tomorrow again. When I said no thanks the only explanation I got yes you go to another rental place then. Zero customer serviceZero for everythingUnless you want to see some poor rated comedy act dont go to this place unless you got an hour to waste

Place was a mess he tried to sell me the wrong equipment and on top of that the customer ahead of me was literally doing his job for him because he couldn’t figure out how to work the usual forms, rent somewhere else

Rented acetylene and oxygen and cutting torch. Torch didn't work. Took it back and he said he knew it didn't work. And then tried to charge me for 27000 lbs of acetylene. Its thousands graduation on the valve . Unbelievable.

Supposed to open at 10am. Six people waiting outside at 10am to rent equipment. At 10:45 the business was still closed.

Very cluttered and unorganized. The attendant is a very nice guy but struggles with customer service. It always takes a long time to do anything here.

If you think you need to rent something from here think again. There must be other options.I have rented here twice. Actually the second time I left after waiting over an hour and went elsewhere.

Had the worst experience ever at this store. Waited for more than 2 hours to rent a truck even after reservation. Guy at front desk is old and slow. He has zero computer skills and spends 30 mins to figure out each customer’s transaction. I would rent at some other place in Courtney next time.
