Be patient be kind. If you observe the staff they are not wasting time. I have always been treated well and very close to on time. i dont believe it is any different waiting in line on a sidewalk as opposed to waiting in line at the edge of a parking lot. These are difficult and different tlmes.

Always friendly and mostly efficient. Reception and rooms are clean and organized. No complaints.

Polite and understanding staff. Waited for 45 mins as said by current wait time display board. After 45 min the board said 27 mins wait time for me. When inquired about the false information, I was told they have to honor people who made appointment first. Morale of story make appointment then visit the location. From my perspective its shoddy information sharing mechanism with walk-in clients.

Very friendly and efficient clinical staff. Horrible delivery of services though. Elderly people waiting outside for blood work for over 40 minutes during a heat wave with no sign of anyone triaging patients.

I updated my review to July /2020.This LifeLabs location is a complete disaster.Making an appointment means nothing. The understaffed, worked to death few employees cannot keep up with the busy location that could easily employ fifteen more people and still be behind schedule.I don't mean behind schedule a few minutes, but at least 45 minutes.45 minutes is a long time for cancer patients and elderly patients to wait outside behind the building in a downtown parking lot where they risk fainting, and or getting mugged.

I'll wear a masking gladly if I need to but don't put them where I can't access them when I walk in. Also signage for rooms should be hung from ceiling so patients can actually see them, shouldn't have to treasure hunt for them. From reading the reviews, this place would definitely benefit from a mystery shopper" style audit."

I had an appointment here yesterday at 9:40 am. I arrived on time, only to be very confused about the process of how to get in to your appointment, as were most of the people that came in after me. We weren’t sure where to wait, etc.They had us all stand in a small room, with many stains on the floor and walls and it was just an unpleasant experience. There were 14 of us in this small room and others waiting out in the hallway.Later on I found out that people had been waiting for their appointment that was supposed to be at 9:00am so they had been waiting for 40 minutes already. I don’t really understand how they can be this behind, an hour into the day.I ended up leaving because it was such an unpleasant experience. I went to the LifeLabs on Baggot street this morning instead and was already done 10 minutes after my appointment was booked for. Much better experience there. Save your time and peace of mind and go to the one on Baggot Street instead.

Absolutely the rudest and unhappy staff I have ever encountered. The treatment of seniors - and I'm not one - was difficult to watch. They actually go out of their way to treat people poorly....but their posted sign on kindness is certainly an oxymoron. Maybe they should practice it.

2 people managing tests, paper work and appointments. Made to stand in the sun amongst the cars in parking lot. Thank goodness it's fall and not middle of summer or raining... frail elderly made to stand were eventually sat down in hallway making them uncomfortably close to passersbys. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty. Deep yellow pee stains all over the tank and entire toilet because that is where we are required to give urine sample. No towelettes to prewash, no paper towels to wipe bottle mishaps or to dry hands just an old hand dryer from the 1970's ... the employees deserve better and so do the patients. It's covid days, I expected delays... just don't think private run labs are a good idea, they can get neglected and the patient is the one who suffers.
