I went in the other day & before I could even browse, had to leave in a rush to give someone a ride. I went back the next day & found the same friendly salesperson. I also found the dress I had seen online plus a top on the Cleo side I had trouble locating for weeks. I found my sizes and am so happy with my purchases and the customer service! I will happily go back like usual.

Great experience - originally did not have my reg size, purchased a size up.Sales associate contacted me later in the day that one in my size had been shipped did I want it. They held the item and I did an exchange - great associate who went out of her way to contact me and see that I was happy with my purchase. They are lucky to have the type of associate that goes that extra mile Thank you very much!

Love Ricki's at The Boardwalk and Sunrise Mall.I also love shopping at Cleo's. Please don't ever ever close those stores. There are not very many Ladies clothing stores left.

Staff weren’t very friendly and seemed irritated. I did get what I was looked for but I’m in no hurry to shop at that location again.

I had a wonderful shopping experience. Maria was amazing! Helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and knew what she was doing! The store was clean and spacious and everyone was friendly and encouraging!

I always feel welcome and looked after when I visit this location. Whether I'm casually browsing, or trying on a dozen pairs of pants/capris, they're always friendly and accomodating. I love the addition of Cleo styles, they mix and match well with my trusted Ricki's favourites!

Love the attention of the very helpful and friendly staff. Being that I have a perfume sensitivity I wish she wore much less scent. Pretty good selection of styles and sizes.
