Horrible horrible experience. Terrible and rude customer service, complete disregard to patient well being and very very poorly trained call center employees. Worse health care service I have had in Canada.

Ladies, if you are considering getting a panorama test done- run! They took $800 from me and ran the half the panel in September and the remaining in December ( way past the termination point of my pregnancy) save your $800 and protect your child. They gave me back $245 instead of taking ownership and refunding me the full amount, that I paid for.
