5 stars review is not even enough for this company. Our first encounter was with Max for a draft review and a presentation of what our backyard could look like. Max was professional, honest, true to his word and very friendly. Everything was explained and prices were very clear. A detailed contract was drafted in which we could see what we are getting and how much each part of the project cost. There were no hidden fees and no surprises. The company has its own equipments, trucks, all sizes of excavators which means the client (us) did not have to worry about a single thing. The team showed up for the job a bit earlier than expected which was a blessing. We had 3 teams, excavations, pave and grass and the whole crew 10 men plus were on time, professional, non stop working, clean and very respectful of our space. The end results are way more than expected. The overall price is very competitive and the owner(s) always show up during work to ensure everything is going to plan. During the project i emailed them with couple of questions and i had an answer within few minutes. Once everything was done Max showed up to ensure i am happy with the results. He kept saying customer satisfaction is what he thrives for no matter how small or big the project is. I can go on for hours with details. We will hire terrassement optimum next year for our front steps and will million percent recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quick, professional and clean company. Thank you Max and team !

A very professional company, with a tacit understanding in every link from design to construction. The steps and walk way at my main entrance are very amazing what they did. Looks a young team but very experienced and skilled. I am very expecting to my backyard completely.

I had the pleasure to work with most of the team, Maxime, Patrick and Mathieu and from the design to the conception, the guys were great. I had them install pave in my backyard which was quite a large job and the guys came equipped and prepared for a large job. I had them also repair the damaged grass from the previous work and you can tell that the guys take pride in their work. Very friendly and approachable team. If anything needed to be addressed during the job, they were quick to make sure the issue was addressed. Even had a few cracked blocks over the winter and they changed them out. I would definitely hire them again for any future job. Thanks Maxime, Mathieu and Patrick for helping to make our dream backyard :)
