I love this place. Traveling to Vancouver again and visiting this place again. Fun for kids and beautiful, relaxing experience for people who love flowers and nature.

Really cool garden at the center of the park, it's right nearby the Rose Garden. There's a few benches and many signs identifying the plants. Amazing place to just relax, admire; photo shoot as well!

Must pay a visit! One of the gardens in Stanley Park is the Shakespeare garden. There has been a trend in the early 1900s to create Shakespeare Gardens" around the world. There is even one in New York's Central Park. The Shakespeare garden in Stanley Park consists of one main monument to the bard and about 45 trees that have been planted in the area of the garden. Some of the trees are trees mentioned in the bard's works. Did a little family photo shoot here in cherry blossom season. What a aesthetically pleasing place! Absolutely loved everything about this place!It is also a great picnic spot on a sunny afternoon. On weekday, it is pretty quiet here, you can bring kids and dogs and have a blast.

Shakespeare Garden
It was very beautiful even though it is nearing the end of the season. All the flowers were still quite vibrant and most of the roses smelled lovely.The only downside was a lack of placards in the garden identifying the different plants.Only the rose garden had placards.
